I'm a UX/UI product designer with a passion for solving complex problems with creative solutions. Through my work I strive to create meaningful experiences that unite design and technology to bring relief, utility, and beauty into people's lives. I have a passion for learning and firmly believe in putting human needs before user needs. With collaboration, I believe that the designer and the user can share thoughts and ideas to come up with strategies to help improve the way we use products today.

Prior to entering the design field I worked for Universal Music Canada where I specialized in lifestyle marketing and brand partnerships. During this time I initiated and led the first gifting lounge event hosted by a music label in Canada; oversaw CrushFest, one of the largest "Win To Get In" campaigns in Canada; I spearheaded the creation of an online marketing team; I co-led the Universal Music Canada street team; and I spent countless hours designing presentations and ideating campaigns to pitch which is what sparked my passion and interest in aesthetics and user-experience design. A few of the clients I worked with included: Molson Coors, Red Bull, Canada Dry Motts, Tim Hortons, Public Mobile, and Mongrel Media. This unique combination of experience has coloured my perspective and approach to user experience design. I recognize where business opportunities exist and stay focused on the needs of the end user in mind.

I recently graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Design (Honours) from the York University / Sheridan College Program in Design. Currently, I am working on the Strategic Marketing Certificate from Ryerson University to broaden my understanding of user / consumer research and metrics analysis.
