I find great satisfaction in crafting digital experiences that unite design, business, and technology to bring relief and beauty into people’s lives.

I’m a multi-disciplinary designer from Toronto, Ontario who enjoys uncovering problems and solving them to create bolder digital experiences. Design is a passion of mine that stems from my appreciation for both form and function. I approach a design problem methodically, focusing on behavioural design and cognitive principles to understand the “why’s” before the “how’s” to deliver solutions driven by empathy, strategy, research, and data. By connecting the dots between business goals, technical constraints, and user satisfaction, better design is an inevitable outcome to create better digital experiences. I believe in putting people first, ensuring every interaction is as meaningful and valuable as it is usable.

Prior to entering the design field I studied classical music as a Piano and Double Bass major at the Glenn Gould School of the Royal Conservatory of Music. In the summer of my second year, I secured an internship with Universal Music Canada which quickly became a full-time role where I remained for just over a decade, starting off in lifestyle and event marketing before moving into brand partnerships and new business development. The experience I gained opened my eyes to see how an impeccable fan experience translates into an outstanding user experience. I returned to school in 2016 to pursue a Bachelor of Design (Honours) degree from the York University / Sheridan College joint program in Design to gain the formal skills needed in UX, UI, and coding, to round off my experience in marketing and project management. Since then my journey has led to working as a Product Designer for the Four Seasons Hotel & Resort, as well as winning multiple awards and hackathons, including the Amazon Raise-Up Buildathon (2020) monday.com Apps Challenge (2020 & 2021), and a 5x Indigo Design Awards winner (2021).

Outside of design you can find me traveling, playing poker, fishing, learning Spanish, or cooking up the latest delivery from HelloFresh.
